Accessing claims that require resolution
To access a claim that requires resolution, select one from the To do list on your dashboard or click Get Next.
The top section of the claim screen lists the open event codes and provides access to resolve the events. The bottom section of the screen displays the claim information.
To resolve an event, click on the corresponding Resolve button on the right side of the Resolve open events slot.
Note:The Resolve button is displayed only for those open events whose action is set to Suspend and that the user has the correct role to resolve.
Clicking Save for Later updates the claim status to Pending-Update, closes the claim tab and returns the user to the To do list on the dashboard.
