Login options
You can customize the login dialog specific to requirements on your CTI environment. The following options allow customization of the login dialog. Do not select these options for Amazon Connect.
- Show Extension
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the Extension field.
- Show Place
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the Place field.
- Show CCTUser CCTPassword
- If selected, the login screen shows the Communications Control Toolkit (CCT) user name and CCT password fields.
- Is Extension Required
- Optional. If selected, the extension is marked as a required field on the login screen.
- Is Place Required
- Optional. If selected, Place is marked as a required field on the login screen.
- Is CCTUser CCTPassword Required
- If selected, the CCT user name and CCT password are marked as required fields on the login screen.
- Show AgentId AgentPassword
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows Agent ID and Agent Password fields.
- Show User
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the User field.
- Is User Required
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows User as a required field.
- Show UserPassword
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the UserPassword field.
- Is UserPassword Required
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows UserPassword as a required field.
- Show Agent ID
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the Agent ID field.
- Show Agent Password
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows the Agent Password field.
- Is Agent Required
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows Agent as a required field.
- Is AgentPassword Required
- Optional. If selected, the login screen shows AgentPassword as a required field.
- Select Work Mode on Login
- If selected, the login screen allows selection of a work mode (Auto In or Manual In) to be enabled upon login to CTI. This option is only used with Avaya CM switches.
- Is AgentId AgentPassword Required
- Optional. If selected, Agent ID and Agent Password are marked as required fields on the login screen.
- Specify Queues on Login
- If selected, the login screen allows the user to specify the queue(s) to login. Select this option if you need agents to login to specific queues.
