Selecting a Class to Rename and RuleSets
Use the Rename a Class wizard to select class to rename and rulesets.
Use this form to specify the class you want to rename and the options for the procedure.
Complete the fields as follows:
Field | Description |
Old Class Name |
The name of the class to be renamed.
The search for this class name is not case-sensitive. The wizard matches all occurrences of this string in the system, regardless of case. |
New Class Name | The new name to be applied to the class. |
Limit search to RuleSets in my RuleSet List | Select Yes to present a list of rulesets in your ruleset list
(excluding the standard Pega- rulesets, which define PRPC; all versions of these
rulesets are locked) in the Select Ruleset Scope box. Select one or more rulesets.

Select RuleSet Scope | Within this box appear the rulesets that may be searched during the renaming process. Select each one that you want to include in the search for references to the class you are renaming. |
