Enhanced mobile capabilities

Home screen and My worklist are two new navigation items. The mobile app now also supports more case types.

Home screen

Default landing page when accessing the mobile app is a Home screen with three sections:

To do’s
Tasks and NBAs
Today’s meetings
Upcoming appointments on the same day
Pulse
Global Pulse with Feed Sources Filter

My worklist

My worklist is displayed as a navigation item. It now gives you the ability to access partially created/draft cases.

Supported case types

Pega Sales Automation mobile application (both online-only and offline-enabled) now supports creation, editing, and review of the following case types:

  • Activity
  • Task
  • Individual and business lead
  • Contact
  • Individual and business opportunity
  • Appointment
  • Household
