Configuring the email and SMS accounts used by Pega Customer Decision Hub
Configure email and SMS accounts so that Pega Customer Decision Hub can send emails, as well as receive and send SMS messages.
- Configuring an outbound email account
Configure the predefined email accounts which Pega Customer Decision Hub uses to send out emails, including messages related to actions or campaigns. Optionally, you can also set up additional email accounts for action-related emails.
- Configuring an outbound SMS account
Configure the predefined outbound SMS accounts which Pega Customer Decision Hub uses to send out SMS messages, including messages related to actions. Optionally, you can also set up additional SMS accounts for action-related messages.
- Configuring an inbound SMS account
Configure an inbound SMS account which Pega Customer Decision Hub uses to listen for Customer responses to actions, and then specify how to process inbound SMS messages that are received by this inbound SMS account.
- Configuring SMS delivery receipts
You can enable delivery receipts for the SMS messages that Pega Customer Decision Hub sends out.
