Client Cloud Migration Gap Assessment Worksheet

Use the Client Cloud Migration Gap Assessment Worksheet (often shortened to “Gap Assessment Worksheet” or “Worksheet”) to assist with assessing your deployment, and with populating the Migration Project Plan.
The Gap Assessment Worksheet lists important information to gather about your application and helps highlight out-of-date functionality.
Use the Worksheet to create an integration profile that captures how your application interacts with other systems. The integration profile specifies the integration type and includes the connection port and protocol, if needed. If there are multiple integrations of the same integration type, list each of them separately.
Also include details regarding your use of additional services requiring integration to other systems or endpoints, such as BIX.
As shown in the Gap Assessment Worksheet, collect information such as:
- The Pega Platform version (original and current versions)
- A list of your Pega strategic applications by version
- A count of application agents
- The list of RuleSets included in the Application Ruleset Stack
- A Total User Count – how many users are defined in the system
- A Concurrent User Count – how many users generally use the system at the same time
Some of the required information is collected automatically by the Pega Cloud Readiness Tool. Other information needs to be collected manually.
