At this point, you have completed the Gap Assessment Worksheet, and populated the Migration Project Plan with the remediations required to ensure compliance and compatibility with Pega Cloud.  Review all gaps, deprecated features, and required operational changes identified during the assessment phases to ensure nothing was missed.

Define all of the appropriate remediation steps.  Remember that this is not always a change in the application.  It could also be a change in processes.  

Incorporate these into the Migration Project Plan along with any changes or dependencies discovered during the assessment. Provide a schedule to complete the required remediations.  

If any projected timelines, remediation priorities, or dependencies have changed, adjust those in the Migration Project Plan.
