Understanding Monitor Assignments reports in the Monitor Activity workspace
Summary
Monitor Assignments reports gather and present information about the open assignments in one application (work pool). An open assignment is one that has not yet been completed by a user. Open assignments are associated with a worklist or workbasket.
Monitor Assignments reports are important in that they list assignments that are past their goals and deadlines and show assignments by organization so, for example, you can determine which group might need help. Open assignments also represent a backlog of work for human operators. In addition, these reports can show you the contents of worklists and workbaskets.
