Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0018 event when Business Intelligence Extraction (BIX) cannot finish.

Reason for the event

BIX is a Pega Platform™ add-on that extracts data from Pega database into formats suitable for exporting. BIX extraction might time out due to connection issues or database size, or it might fail because of a configuration issue in your operating environment.

When BIX extraction cannot finish, your system reports a runtime exception in the pxextractdatawithargs activity. When PDC detects the exception, it generates an OPS0018 event and creates a BIX extraction failure case. You can subscribe to receive notifications each time this event occurs.

PDC has detected that a BIX extraction of <classname> data has failed. Please investigate and remediate if necessary.
