OPS0028: Agent status issues: stale snapshot

Updated on August 11, 2020

Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) generates the OPS0028 event when an agent's status information is outdated.

Reason for the event

Pega Platform™ periodically sends agent status information. PDC analyzes this information, and if the agent's status snapshot is outdated, PDC generates an OPS0028 event and creates a unique Agent status has stale data case for each agent that is experiencing this issue.

You can receive a notification for each occurrence of this event by subscribing to the Agent status issues notification.

Example message text

Stale snapshot for agent status. Last status received on 20190502T193410.051 GMT.

Recommended next steps

To resolve issues with outdated agent status data, ensure that the Push Agents Information agent is working correctly. In PDC, use the System Resources > Agents landing page to check the status of the Push Agents Information agent. If the agent's status is Exception, restart the agent. For more information, see Managing agents. If restarting the agent does not resolve the issue, gather relevant log data and contact Pega Support.
