The Questionnaire data type (PFSA-PER-Data-QnA) supports the customer interview step in payment exception case types. To create the requisite Questionnaire data type for your new payment type, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to App Studio and select Data from the navigation menu.
  2. From the Data objects and integration landing page, click New.
  3. In the Data object name field, enter the same name used for the case type.
  4. Expand the Advanced section and select QnA from the Reuse assets from dropdown list.
  5. Select Now in the Define source data field.
  6. Click Next. A new data object is created.

You can add new properties on the Data model tab which are used to represent questions needed for this step in the process. To enable this new data type in your new payment exception case type, complete the following steps:

  1. In the App Studio, open your new case type from the Case types landing page.
  2. Click the Data model tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In the Field name, enter Questionnaire.
  5. Select Embedded data from the Type dropdown list.
  6. Select QnA from the Data object dropdown list.
  7. Select Single record from Options.
  8. Click Submit.

    The user can create a new data type to represent questionnaire in their new payment exception case type.
