Enabling business users to request changes to action bundles

Team leaders can enable business users to request updates to action bundles. To activate this option, edit the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager settings.

  1. Log in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager as an operator with the <your implementation application>:TeamLead access group.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Data capture section, select Enable bundling.
Result: Business users requesting new actions through Pega 1:1 Operations Manager can now specify if the action should be included in an existing action bundle.
