Prerequisites
Before you start your Pega 1:1 Operations Manager implementation, ensure that you understand the following information.
- Create the implementation application for Pega Customer Decision Hub, and then define the business structure for the application. For more information, see the Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5 Implementation Guide.
- Basic Revision Management functionality. For more information, see "Managing the business-as-usual changes" in the Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5 User Guide.
