Configuring the phone book for lookup

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration & Configuration.
  2. Click the CTI link tab.
  3. Open the CTI link that you want to edit, and click Edit.
  4. Click the Phone Book tab.
  5. Select the phone book to search the phone numbers.
    1. Personal phone book - Searches the phone book that matches the Operator ID.
    2. Team phone book - Searches the phone book that matches the default Workgroup ID.
    3. Show all agents currently logged into my ACD - Searches the phone book that matches all the agents that are currently logged into your ACD.
    4. CTI Link-specific - Searches the CTI link-specific phone book that is configured. You can select the phone book from the drop-down list.
