Editing CTI links

The CTI Links tab lists all available CTI Links configured in your application with a description and status.

Click Refresh to refresh the display.
Click Add CTI Link to add a CTI link.
Click Refresh to refresh the display.
To edit the CTI link configuration, select the CTI link from the list and then click ActionsEdit.
