Saving login credentials to Pega Customer Service preferences

While using the Pega Customer Service application, to save the login credentials to the Pega Customer Service preferences, perform the following steps:

  1. Launch the Pega Customer Service Interaction Portal.
  2. In the Operators menu, select Preferences.
  3. In the Desktop Preferences menu, select ChannelsPhone.
  4. In the Phone Preferences screen, click Configure Phone Login.
  5. Enter the phone login information.
  6. Click Save to save the changes.
  7. Click Save Preferences to save the preferences.
