Adding a new Five9 Native UI OpenCTI link

To add a new OpenCTI link perform the following steps.

Before you begin: Ensure that your access group is associated with the Pega-CTI ruleset and the rulesets that you want to use in your Pega Call application.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration & Configuration.

  2. In the Add CTI Link list, select Embedded UI.

  3. Fill in the Short description and the Link Definition Name.

  4. Click Create and open.

  5. In the Javascript Object field, enter the JavaScript reference that is used to perform the operation.

    The default JavaScript object for use with Amazon Native UI is pega.cti.embeddedApi.AWSConnect.The default JavaScript object for use with Five9 Embedded UI is pega.cti.embeddedApi.Five9.
  6. In the Server URL field, enter the DNS name of your Amazon Connect endpoint in the format https://your instance.awsapps.com/connectenter the DNS name of your Five9 endpoint in the format https://app.five9.com/clients/integrations/adt.main.html.

  7. Click Save.
