Configuring the Java thread pool
The CTI Link engine runs as a set of Java objects on the application server. You can configure the number of Java threads that each CTI Link uses.
To configure the number of threads, perform the following steps:
In the header of Dev Studio, click
.Open the CTI Link that you want to run on the specific nodes.
On the CTI Link rule form, switch to the Advanced tab. Under the Engine Threads section, configure the minimum and maximum threads that are used by the CTI Link.
Save the rule. Your changes take effect the next time the CTI link is started.
