CTI link types
The types of CTI links are listed as follows.
- Local
- A local CTI link connects a Pega Platform server (or cluster) to a Genesys T-Server directly , and provides CTI services to users on that Pega Platform server. It explains the configuration and use of local CTI links.
- Remote
- A remote CTI link connects a Pega Platform server (or cluster) to another Pega Platform server, from which they access CTI services. Remote CTI links are covered in a later section.
