Enabling Genesys SDK tracing

To assist with debugging, enable tracing on Genesys' SDK.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration & Configuration.

  2. Open the CTI Link to which you want to enable tracing.

  3. On the Advanced tab configure the following parameters:

    Genesys SDK Trace LevelSet this to Off to turn off tracing. You can set the trace level to Fatal, Error, Warn, Info, Debug, Trace or All in order to receive increasing levels of trace messages.
    Log FilenameSpecify a name for the log file. The file will be created in the same folder as the Pega Platform logs.
    Max log file sizeSpecify a limit to the size of the log file, in megabytes.
Result: Any changes made takes effect the next time the CTI link starts.
