Reviewing and editing the Agent rule
To review and edit the Agent rule perform the following steps:
In the Explorer panel, click Records.
To view a specific rule, select and click the Pega Call agents rule (in the Pega-CTI ruleset).
To make changes, select and click the agent schedule rule that the agent rule generates and edit. You must edit an agent schedule rule for each node in a multi-node Pega Platform system.
