Getting started with OpenCTI

Pega Call provides integration with third-party computer-telephony integration (CTI) systems. By using the OpenCTI architecture, you can create integrations between Pega Call and telephony systems.

You can integrate Pega Call with a CTI server in a server-side integration with integration connectors, or through client-side integration with the OpenCTI framework. For more information about a client-side integration, see the Developer Guide for Client-side Integration.


When you build an integration of Voice AI and Pega Customer Service, your custom connector or adapter produces additional events, similar to the Pega Call call control events in the full telephony mode.
