Adding CTI links

Add a computer telephony integration (CTI) link in App Studio to connect your CTI system to Pega Call.

You can also add a CTI link as part of the steps in the Pega Call configuration wizard. For more information, see Running the Pega Call configuration wizard.

This section describes how to create different CTI links that Pega Call supports. This section does not describe classic and remote links because Pega Call version 8.6 does not support these links for new customers. For information about these links, refer to the documentation for Pega Call 8.5 or earlier.

The fields that are available during CTI link setup depend on the link that you select. If a field is required, an asterisk appears beside that field.

Note: For the out-of-the-box links that Pega Call provides for specific CTI systems, do not change any default information the system pre-populates when you add a CTI link. For example, do not edit the default JavaScript object for Cisco Finesse links.
