Starting and stopping CTI links

Depending on your business requirements, you can deactivate (stop) an active computer telephony integration (CTI) link or activate (start) an inactive CTI link at any time.

Depending on whether a link is active or not, you will either be able to see the option to start a CTI link or to stop it, but not both.
  1. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click SettingsPega Call.
  2. In the list of CTI settings, click CTI link setup.
  3. On the CTI link setup page, click the More icon in the row of the link that you want to start or stop, and then click Start or Stop.
