After configuring a computer telephony integration (CTI) link, you can use the Test Connectivity button to verify whether the configuration is valid and to confirm that Pega Call is able to connect with the CTI server.
- In the header of Dev Studio, click .
- On the CTI Links tab, in the Actions list in the row of the CTI link that you want to test, click Edit.
- On the Link configuration tab, click Test Connectivity.
After the test, Pega Call immediately disconnects the link.
