You can view details about the computer telephony integration (CTI) endpoints
(servers) providing service to the link on the Pega Call: Administration &
Configuration page in Dev
For local CTI links, you can view the endpoints configured
in primary and failover roles (in the Configured Role
and the status of each connection. For each role, you can view the current session ID,
and details of the devices that connected to the endpoint during the session. Only one
endpoint can be connected at a time. The other endpoint is marked as unreachable even if
there is a network connection to it. The Current Role
not applicable to local CTI links.
- In the header of Dev Studio, click .
- On the CTI Links tab, click the
Expand icon in the row of the CTI link for which you
want to view additional server details.
