Configuring diagnostic logging for non-AACC server-side links

Updated on March 31, 2022

For non-Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC), server-side computer telephony integration (CTI) links, depending on the link, Pega Call provides the option to log events either to a centralized log file or to generate link-specific log files.

You can view events associated with OpenCTI Server links only in a centralized log file that Pega Call generates by default. You can configure advanced logging settings for this log file. For more information, see Configuring centralized logging.

For JTAPI, Cisco ICM/UCCE, and Genesys Engage Platform SDK links, by default, events are logged to the centralized log file. However, you can choose to include them in separate link-specific log files instead. For more information, see Generating link-specific log files.
