Testing the connectivity of a CTI link

Updated on December 9, 2021

After configuring a computer telephony integration (CTI) link, you can use the Test Connectivity button to verify whether the configuration is valid and to confirm that Pega Call is able to connect with the CTI server.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration and Configuration.
  2. On the CTI Links tab, in the Actions list in the row of the CTI link that you want to test, click Edit.
  3. On the Link configuration tab, click Test Connectivity.
Result: A results window opens and displays the link status. If the link is not connected, it displays details of the error.

After the test, Pega Call immediately disconnects the link.
