Pega Call in Pega Customer Service

Pega Call is available as a component of Pega Customer Service.

When you install Pega Customer Service, Pega Call is installed automatically.

Attention: Do not install Pega Call independently if you installed Pega Customer Service.

When you use Pega Call within Pega Customer Service, both applications are always on the same patch release version.

For example: If your Pega Customer Service version is 8.6.3, then your Pega Call version will also be 8.6.3.
