Updating the CTIService access group

Pega Call has specific access groups that must be updated after you install the application so that the operators have appropriate privileges to use the application. If you use Pega Call without Pega Customer Service, update the access group and the routing.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureOrg & SecurityGroups & RolesAccess Groups.
  2. From the list of access groups, select CTIService.
  3. In the Edit Access Group page, complete the following details:
    • Application Name: Pega Call
    • Version: 8
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureOrg & SecurityOrganizationOperatorsctideveloperwork.
  6. Click Update
