| ISSUE 644256 | System slow while adding custom condition | Use preexisting when rules or validate rules to create custom conditions. If slowness continues, perform a manual refresh. If the issue still persists, work with a developer to create the custom condition in Dev Studio. |
| ISSUE 649637 | Survey name is empty in multi-check box preview | The issue is with the preview of multi-checkbox questions in the questionnaire. Review the questionnaire that contains multi-check box questions, and associate the questionnaire with a task. |
