Pega continuously strives to provide clear and concise documentation for using Pega products to implement business solutions. Our goal is to deliver content that is accurate, helpful, easy to find, and easy to understand.

As part of our ongoing work to improve user experience with Pega product documentation, starting with Pega Platform 8.6 the help system will no longer be shipped with the product and published on the Pega Community - Online Help Systems webpage. Instead, all Pega Platform product documentation for versions 8.6 and later will be available online on the Pega Platform product page.

Keep in mind the following information regarding this important change:

• In Pega Platform version 8.6 and later, all links in the product UI will lead directly to the relevant articles on Pega Community, instead of the Platform help system.
• This change does not affect Pega Platform versions earlier than 8.6. Help systems for versions 8.5 and earlier are still integrated with the product and are available for download.
• If you use Pega Platform while working offline, you can still download articles or books from Pega Community in a PDF format from a computer with access to the internet.
