Configuring supported data providers

HIS Markit

If you license Markit, download its corresponding integration component from Markit for PFFS at Pega Marketplace product page. Install and configure the component following the instructions in the user guide available on a product page.

After the integration components are installed, set the following Dynamic system setting to activate the business service and register the provider.

AVOX

If you license Refinitiv AVOX, download its corresponding integration component from Refinitiv Avox for PFFS at Pega Marketplace product page. Install and configure the component by following the instructions in the user guide available on a product page.

After the integration component are installed, set the following Dynamic system setting to activate the business service and register the provider.

Note: In addition to the configuration steps that are listed in the integration component user guide, the outbound IP of your servers must be added to the AVOX allow list. Discuss with your IT department and AVOX how to implement the changes.

SWIFT KYC

If you license SWIFT KYC, you can request the integration component for SWIFT KYC by raising a Service Request in Pega. Once you have the component, install and configure it by following the instructions that are provided in the user guide supplied with the component.

After the integration component are installed, set the following Dynamic system setting to activate the business service and register the provider.

Note: Once the World-Check services are activated, and screening cases are created, the application starts using certain assets like classes, sections, and flow actions from the component to store and present the information on the cases and the master profile. Removal of the component from the stack renders these assets inaccessible and leads to data validation issues for any cases and master profiles that carry eScreening information. Hence, you must ensure that the component is never removed from the application stack and only the settings listed above are used to deactivate the service.
