Registering existing journeys and sub-journeys

Make the journeys and sub-journeys that Pega Client Lifecycle Management and KYC includes out of the box visible from the new implementation layer by registering them.

Create field value rules under the new journey class created in the new application to register a journey or sub-journey. The new journey class is named PegaCLMFS-Work-CLM in the base implementation layer, and must be named UPFS-Work-CLM in the new implementation layer.

Changing the field values for customer journeys

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click App.
  2. In the search box, search the PegaCLMFS-Work-CLM class for the CustJourneyType CustomerReview report definition rule, and then select the rule.
  3. Save the rule into your implementation layer.
    Use one of your application rulesets and select the journey class created by the wizard.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the following field values:

Changing the field values for customer sub-journeys

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click App.
  2. In the search box, search the PegaCLMFS-Work-CLM-CustomerReview class for the CustJourneySubtype CustomerPeriodicReview report definition rule, and then select the rule.
  3. Save the rule into your implementation layer.
    Use one of your application rulesets and select the journey class created by the wizard.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the following field values:
