Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services Hotfixes

The following tables list the required hotfixes the Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services application requires. To request a hotfix, go to my account on My Support Portal. Click New request > For something I need and select Service request > Existing hotfix. Add and verify the hotfix details and click Finish.

Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services installation or upgrade:

  • Apply Pega Platform hotfixes immediately after the Pega Platform installation or upgrade.

  • Apply Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services hotfixes just after you complete the application bundle import.

Below items are addressed as part of this HFix.

  1. Remove unwanted portal in dev/app studio associated with configuration of access groups.

  4. Withdraw overridden case types and stage rules in PegaCLMFSCIB / PegaCLMFSRET rulesets and specialize only by circumstancing.
  5. Provide users with the ability to view a party’s secondary data fields sourced from World-Check screening provider.
HFix-80746

This platform hotfix is necessary for the CLM application to be able to generate the customer summary and KYC snapshot PDFs. This hotfix changes the version of PD4ML from 4.0.9 fx5 to 4.0.6, some features from 4.0.9 fx5 will hence not be available as this hotfix is installed.

  1. RNG Design-time Error on RQ creation for other languages(Spanish and German) is addressed.
  2. RP status is localized.
  3. RNG requirements sets and requirements are localized on RQ creation.
  4. Visualizer, Retail add product, doc status are localized.
  5. Fund & RP names are displaying with a prefix of (-) is addressed.
  6. Customer Amendment, case Type, and few other Field values in the doc expiry journey are localized.
  7. RNG Run-time screens like the requirements gadget are localized.
  8. RP details representation like "is" and "has" relationship strings in SDD journey is localized.

Along with these Couple of FV on the RNG design time portal and a few others all over the CLM Onboarding journey were addressed.

HFix-80323This platform hotfix is necessary for the CLM application to be able to generate the customer summary and KYC snapshot PDFs. This hotfix changes the version of PD4ML from 4.0.9 fx5 to 4.0.6, some features from 4.0.9 fx5 will hence not be available as this hotfix is installed.

KYC ->  HFIX-70091, KYC RC-> HFIX-70092 are pre-requisite for this HFix.

Changes addressed as part of this Hfix.

  1. Incorrect field values presented to users during Related Party Conversion journey.
  2. Incorrect ownership percentage field value when the attribute is not applicable for related party relationship.
  3. Upgrade process is not getting triggered for inflight objects with flows having wait shapes.
  4. Missing Upgradedata data transform call from SyncUpPoint execution.
  5. Existing documents only showing filtered documents instead of all documents.
  6. Infinite loop detected in the call to GetCorporateParent – GetCorporateParent removed from PegaFS PerformDefault.
  7. RPGKYC case stuck when RP is deleted – incident occurs when optimistic locking is enabled.
  8. Controlling Entities grid in CPGKYC case shows Ownership Percentage as 0.00 when party as a role of Borrower - it should be displayed as 'N/A'.
  9. Large data spike in the clipboard of eScreening case causing performance degradation – observed when customer network is large and complex.
  10. LKYC case does not automatically advance to the review step even though all questions have been answered.
  11. Alternate address appears to be blank for the newly created related party in the RP CDD case.
  12. Point of contact missing from master profile after progressing case past Enrich stage.
  13. Consecutive exceptions (seconds of difference) when executing CaseNavigationProcessing. Error thrown regarding the locking of parent and sub-requirements cases.
  14. Unnecessary values being passed to the clipboard causing the minor performance issue.
  15. Roles are not properly displayed on the customer master profile if it’s been deleted in the past.
  16. Inconsistency of system retrieval of customer data post synchronization.
  17. Missing parameter causing an error with agent batch processor.
  18. Roles that are not relevant for a given party type are being displayed on the picklist.
  19. Empty assignment error presented when navigating to resolved requirement case on a cloud instance.
  20. Error is found in logs if the Periodic Review case is initiated for the existing member in the Group Onboarding case.
  21. Error thrown in the backend when certain existing related parties are removed from the customer record.
  22. Percentage ownership reason values are not being displayed for branch and division roles.
  23. Link to edit Waiver information presented to a user after submitting waive request.
  24. Error thrown on UI when a user attempts to submit related party data when onboarding case is open in a separate session.
