AWS GovCloud Deployment

Pega Cloud for Government (PCFG) runs in the AWS GovCloud, in the US West Region, and uses it as an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).  PCFG Services provisions client sandbox(s) and production environments into the AWS GovCloud US West regions, with service components deployed across availability zones.

Data Residency

Pegasystems offers geographically segmented data residency services specific to its PCFG offering.  The client data, including all client personal data, will be stored in the US and will not be transferred or accessed from outside of the US except at the client’s instruction or in connection with a support request submitted by the client. Pegasystems may provide network monitoring and system provisioning activities for the Environments from its network operation centers located inside and outside of the US.
