Integration to Pega Customer Decision Hub for Pega Collections
Pega Customer Decision Hub is implemented through the Pega Customer Decision Hub™ for Financial Services application. This ensures that only one customer engagement authority exists for multiple use cases, as shown in the following diagram:

Connecting Pega Customer Decision Hub with Pega Collections
Connect the Pega Customer Decision Hub application with the Pega Collections application:
- Update the ConnectCRMURL dynamic system setting within Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to the endpoint URL of the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services, or the Collections instance that you are connecting to.
- Update the ConnectMKTURL dynamic system setting to define the endpoint URL for the services to connect from the Pega Customer Service for Financial Services or the Collections application to the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services application.
- In Pega Customer Service for Financial Services, configure the endpoint URL of the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services instance by updating the Customer Decision Hub configuration landing page:
- To access the landing page, click Designer Studio > Customer Service > Customer Experience > Customer Decision Hub configuration.
- On the Customer Decision Hub configuration landing page, ensure that the NBA Enabled field is set to true and that the Advisor Server is set to the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services endpoint URL.
To change these fields, click the blue label for each field.
