Pega CRM for Communications 8.6 Installation Guide

This document describes how to install the Pega Customer Service for Communications and Pega Sales Automation applications that are part of the Pega Customer Relationship Management for Communications suite of applications. For each suite, there is a single installer for the Pega Customer Service for Communications and Pega Sales Automation application, but each application is licensed separately. If you purchase licenses for both Pega Customer Service for Communications and Pega Sales Automation, you can enable both applications in one installation.
