Deprecated cases
Cases for which a new enhanced case is available, or old cases which are no longer actively maintained, might be deprecated in newer releases. However, these cases remain backward compatible because they are deprecated, but not withdrawn. This section lists the cases that are deprecated in Foundation for Communications 8.5 work pool, and Pega Customer Service for Communications version 8.7.
