Oracle database users only: Verifying the primary key of the CPMCFW service history table

Updated on March 16, 2022

In version 8.7, the primary key of the CPMCFW service history table has changed from pzPVstream to pzInskey to fix an exception error while importing the PegaCRMC jar file into the Oracle database. Oracle database users need to verify that the pzInskey column in the history table has all unique records, and has no null records.

Pega Customer Relationship Management for Communications Update Guide
  1. Connect to the Oracle database.
  2. Open the pc_History_PegaComm_FW_CPMCFW_Work_Service history table.
  3. Verify that the pzInkey column has all unique records, and no null records.
