Optional: Integrating Pega CRM for Financial Services with Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

Integrating Pega CRM for Financial Services 8.6 with Smart Dispute for Issuers 8.0 helps front-line customer service representatives (CSRs) to capture all of the customer information that is required to collect the information on a dispute at the first point of customer contact.

Before you begin: Before you begin the integration process, install Smart Dispute for Issuers 8.0. For more information, see the Smart Dispute for Issuers product page.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureApplicationDistributionImport.
  2. Browse for and select the ResourceKit\PegaCRMFS_SmartDispute.jar file, then click Next.
  3. Click Done.
