Pega Customer Decision Hub 7.x to 8.6 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud Services Environments

This content applies only to Pega Cloud environments

Before Pega Cloud services upgrades your environment, review the following tasks and complete the tasks that are applicable to your Pega Customer Decision Hub application.

Important:

This guide describes the process to follow when upgrading from Pega Marketing version 7.13 to 7.4, or from Pega Customer Decision Hub version 7.22 to 7.4.

If you are upgrading from Pega Marketing 8.4, or Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.4 or newer, see 8.4 and newer to Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud Services Environments.

If you are upgrading from Pega Marketing or Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3, see 8.1-8.3 to Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud Services Environments.

If you are upgrading from a version of Pega Marketing older than 7.13, you must first upgrade to Pega Marketing 7.13, then to Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.6. For more information, see the Pega Marketing 7.13 Upgrade Guide.
