Configuring the PaidMediaSync queue processor to optimize performance
This content applies only to On-premises and Client-managed cloud environments
The PaidMediaSync queue processor manages the synchronization queue for Paid Media Manager. To help optimize performance, configure the queue processor as described below.
- If you use or plan to use Paid Media Manager to extend your next-best-action decisioning to paid ad platforms such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads, verify that the number of nodes per thread is optimized for the expected number of requests. For more information, see Recommended number of threads per node for PaidMediaSync.
- If you do not plan to use Paid Media Manager, disable the PaidMediaSync queue processor. For more information, see Disabling the PaidMediaSync queue processor.
