Before Pega Cloud services upgrades your environment, review the following tasks and complete the tasks that are applicable to your Pega Customer Decision Hub application.
This guide describes the process to follow when upgrading from Pega Marketing version 8.4, or from Pega Customer Decision Hub version 8.4 or newer.
