Creating outbound interactions in Customer service application

As a best practice for Collections, it is important to list down all the reminders sent from a Next-Best-Action schedule to be available in Customer service Collections case.

Generating an email body for sening the SOAP service payload

A separate activity can be created for Generating the Email Body which can be send in the CreateOutboundInteraction SOAP web service payload. Please find following steps for enabling this support

  1. Create a correspondence rule with the same messaging content as in the email treatment and SMS treatment.

  2. Create a separate activity to populate the Treatment content.

  3. The activity should contain the following steps and parameters by treatment name.

  4. Above activity populate clipboard, pyCorrPage and pyBody property holds the treatment content.

  5. In the parent activity maps the value to the property corresponding to EmailBody parameter of the SOAP service. Refer Connect-SOAP rule for request mapping.
