Configuring recurring schedule to run next-best-action for customers in collections

Configure the schedule to support the performance of Next-Best-Action decisioning for audiences who are in collections, in the Channels tab of Next-Best-Action Designer.

  1. In the Channels tab of the Next-Best-Action Designer, click Edit button to configure a primary schedule for the primary context (Customer).
  2. Choose the audience with a condition to fetch the relevant Customers by including respective filter conditions in the segment, for example, Customers in arrears.
