Configuring email accounts

Configure your email accounts with the required information for your email provider and account.

  1. Log in to App Studio.
  2. Click SettingsChannelsEmail.
  3. On the Outbound tab, in the Account ID column, click Default.
  4. To change the email provider, complete the following steps.
    1. Click Select email provider.
    2. Select the email provider from the list.
    3. Click Submit.
  5. Update the values in the Sender section.
  6. To verify that the account information is correct, click Test connectivity.
    Result: You receive a summary of the test results. Ensure that the Result column for each step of the test displays Success, and then click X at the top right of the results window to close the window. If the test is not successful, correct the account information, and then repeat the test.
  7. Click Save.
