Configuring the inbound SMS account

You can configure the SMS server information for inbound SMS transactions. An inbound SMS account is used to listen for customer responses to actions and to take appropriate next actions.

  1. Log in to the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal.
  2. Complete the instructions in "Configuring an inbound SMS account" in the Pega Customer Decision Hub User Guide on the Pega Customer Decision Hub product page.
