Configuring the maximum duration setting for Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor

Enable the required response time of Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor for the Pega Customer Decision Hub multilevel decisioning feature by configuring the MaxDuration setting.

Before you begin: To check your production level, see Specifying the production level.
  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click RecordsSysAdminApplication Settings.
  2. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click RecordsSysAdminApplication Settings.
  3. In the Setting Purpose column, search for MaxDuration, and then open the setting by clicking it.
  4. Save the rule to your implementation artifacts ruleset by clicking Save as.
    By default, this setting is in the Pega Customer Decision Hub ruleset.
  5. Based on your system type, for example Development, on the Settings tab, in the Value per production level section, set the value for your system type to 50000.
  6. Click Check in.
