Configuring question categories

Manage the following categories of questions that display in the Customer Service Interaction Portal on the Customer retention screen: TV, Phone, Internet, Mobile, and Discount.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click Launch web interfaceCustomer Decision Hub.
  2. On the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, click the Configuration icon and then click Profile preferencesManage question categories.
  3. On the Manage Categories tab, to add a category, click Add category.
  4. On the Manage Categories tab, to delete a category, click the trash icon.
    Note: You cannot delete a category unless all questions that belong to it are deleted first. To delete a question, on the Manage questions tab, click the trash icon.
