Configuring question categories
Manage the following categories of questions that display in the Customer Service Interaction Portal on the Customer retention screen: TV, Phone, Internet, Mobile, and Discount.
- In the header of Dev Studio, click .
- On the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, click the Configuration icon and then click .
- On the Manage Categories tab, to add a category, click Add category.
- On the Manage Categories tab, to delete a category,
click the trash icon.
Note: You cannot delete a category unless all questions that belong to it are deleted first. To delete a question, on the Manage questions tab, click the trash icon. Previous topic Configuring the profile preference logic Next topic Configuring questions
